Bill is an airline industry veteran. Most recently he has was the Aviation Programs Manager for The Weather Company, a branch of IBM, which provides aviation weather forecast solutions to airlines, airports, and FBOs. Prior to that he had been a dispatcher, supervisor, and director of SkyWest Airlines' operational control center for many years.
