Mesa Airlines Pay Scale

Pilots are guaranteed 76 hours per month including during training. Pilots also receive a minimum of 11 days off per month.

ATP or Restricted ATP Requirements

Before applying to be a first officer, you should meet the below requirements:

  • FAA ATP or Restricted ATP certificate holder
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
  • IFR and Landing current
  • Current First Class Medical
  • Valid Passport
  • Ability to work in the US and travel in and out of the country without restriction
